Post-Mainnet Distribution Unlocks Supply Across Tracks

NEW YORK | December 24, 2025 — The Monad Foundation released data showing 3.33 billion MON tokens claimed from an initial airdrop allocation, representing about 70.4% of eligible distribution. Claims covered wallets qualified through community engagement, onchain activity, and builder contributions ahead of the network’s public mainnet launch on November 24. Market data now reflects 10.83 billion tokens in circulation from a 100 billion total supply.

Escrow contracts held tokens until mainnet activation. Release occurred directly to claimant addresses that day. Unclaimed portions moved to ecosystem development reserves, according to the foundation’s announcement.

Five main tracks structured the distribution. Monad Community led with allocations to early participants. Onchain Users followed, based on testnet transactions and interactions. Crypto Community captured broader engagement via social and offchain verification. Monad Builders and Crypto Contributors rounded out categories.
